APPROACH

As a young personal trainer my greatest frustration was working with clients who endured chronic pain and I was unable to do much for them. Having suffered from pain myself as a young man, I was treated by an Osteopath who impressed me and also relieved me of back troubles. Several years later during my studies in Kinesiology and Physical Education at McGill University, I discovered a love of anatomy and a desire to heal. Prior to graduating from McGill I knew that my true vocation was Osteopathy and today I am equipped to help.

Osteopathy is a manual therapy that views the person globally as a functional unit that addresses the CAUSE of pain and not just its symptoms. By assessing the position and mobility of all anatomical structures, an Osteopath utilizes myofascial, soft tissue, osteoarticular, cranial and visceral manipulation in order to find the source of pain.

Since 2014 I have been practicing Osteopathy from home and I noticed that a large portion of my patients tried Osteopathy for the first time after medical tests were negative and nothing else worked.

In general, I enjoy working with seniors, anyone suffering from sport injuries, general musculo-skeletal dysfunctions/pain, digestive issues and post-concussion syndrome. Personally, there is nothing that satisfies me more than being able to relieve someone of chronic pain.

Now I hope to help you!
