No, but many of the surrounding streets have parking spaces including St-Denis, St-Joseph or Rivard. Be sure to check the parking hours for the duration of your appointment.

Our treatments are provided by medical professionals. Contrary to recreational care facilities, tips are not collected by our team.

Therapists manage their own payments. The terms and conditions are specified at the bottom of their profile (see Therapists section)

Please note that at Altermed, in order to facilitate the follow-up of our clients and to make our management more efficient, your file is visible internally by any therapist with whom you make an appointment.

Only therapists who are affiliated with a professional order requiring absolute confidentiality towards their members and patients keep your file completely confidential (acupuncture, psychology, perineal rehabilitation physiotherapy, as well as certain therapists who have requested it).

If you do not want your file to be accessible to all the therapists with whom you make an appointment, please contact us directly at info@cliniquealtermed.com. We will do our best to limit therapists' access to your file and refer you to therapists who have specifically set up this procedure.

If you wish to retrieve a copy of your file, please note that there is a $20 fee.
