8-Week Winter Yoga session with Dina Merhbi (NDG)

• Clinique Altermed: 5757 Monkland, Montreal, H4A 1E8

• Bilingual classes

• Thursdays: 12:15pm – 1:15pm

• February 11th till March 31st 2016

• 100$ for the session, 15$ for drop in (space permitting)

• Only 8 participants per class for a more personalized approach.

A perfect mid-day health break for all levels! The practice of yoga helps you to achieve greater balance – mentally, physically and emotionally. Learn how to gently open, stretch and strengthen your body through a series of postures.

Yoga class style: Hatha Flow – A dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement to build strength, balance, and flexibility.

Want to know a little more about the instructor?

Dina has been immersed in the practice of yoga for over 5 years, alongside her growing private practice as a registered dietitian for over 14 years. In 2013, she completed a 380-hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Sangha alongside renowned YogaCharia Sylvie Tremblay (Hatha and Vinyasa). She deepened her knowledge of yoga and health by completing many certifications: Prenatal Yoga, Healing through yoga, Ayurvedic health counselor, and Level 1 Yoga, Food and Body image.
