PHILOSOPHY AND APPROACH

Expertise and Multidisciplinarity

Anne is glad to be able to share with clients her unique expertise acquired in her training abroad. Known for her success in relieve chronic discomforts, she has a preventive and re-educational approach to musculoskeletal issues, aiming to optimize the motion(s) causing the problem. Anne adopts a global approach. It is important to assess the body as a whole, because the problem often originates in a different location from where the symptoms are felt. Anne believes it is truly important for the client to understand where the problem is coming from to better overcome it. Being a teacher and a pedagogue, she helps her clients to become a key element in their healing process and to take an active part in their well-being. Aware that having more than a single tool is pertinent when tackling health issues, Anne collaborates on a regular basis with a variety of therapists, all very competent in their field of expertise and all making their clients’ well-being a priority.
