MASSAGE THERAPIST PLATEAU

I have been a massage therapist since 2006 and started my training in Swedish massage at the Institut Kiné-Concept, where I also studied shiatsu on table and fasciatherapy. I then wanted to incorporate other approaches into my practice and I took complementary training courses in craniosacral therapy (Upledger Institute), visceral manipulation (Barral Institute) and Reiki with Kyra Lober, Reiki Master.

I have acquired an extensive set of skills through these training courses, and with all my experience, I am able to naturally integrate these different techniques into my practice and adapt them to each person’s specific needs.

If you are suffering from muscle pain or accumulated tension in specific areas of the body, such as the neck, back or shoulders, I can target specific pressure points that go deep to the source and provide relief. I also work extensively with fasciatherapy, a highly effective technique to release the membrane that surrounds the muscle.

I can also offer you a massage simply to help your body unwind, leaving you feeling completely regenerated. I use craniosacral therapy when appropriate, a complex yet gentle technique that acts, in particular, on the nervous system to treat many conditions such as chronic fatigue, migraines, stress and insomnia.

Massage therapy is a treatment on its own, but it can also be an ideal complement to other treatments that you are receiving such as physiotherapy, osteopathy or acupuncture. As I’m sure you already know, there are many benefits of massage therapy, including helping eliminate the built-up stress that people accumulate in their day-to-day lives.

I am looking forward to meeting you, working with you and contributing to your overall well-being.
